About
Since our inception, the Chester Advisory Group
has been focused on bringing hard-to-find expertise to the little guy.
Chester Advisory Group {CAG} has deep skill sets and expertise in a miriad of functions that start-up and small businesses may not have the managerial depth to keep in-house. Such skills range from fundraising for start-ups, corporate alliances and partnerships that bring credibilty and sales, to high level financial modeling, strategy and merger & aquisitions.
Adam is the founder of Chester Advisory Group (formerly SPA Enterprises), which launched in 2007 to advise/consult, purchase, and operate small to medium size ventures, including start-ups. The Chester Advisory Group {CAG} was then started to take advantage of the {CAG} core advisory competencies...which include: M&A, acquisition valuation, acquisition integration, competitive analysis, angel investing, seed financing, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, strategic marketing, strategic planning, strategic partnerships, operations, etc.
